Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you retain full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Because every plan begins with a 14-day free trial, you have ample time to evaluate Spektriq before any charge is made. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

4. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades

Upgrading takes effect immediately and we prorate the cost for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep the higher-tier features until then. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We handle genuine billing errors and exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern not covered by this policy, reach out to us at support@spektriq.com and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
